Kontakt Full

All of our sample libraries require Kontakt Full version 5.8 or above and will not work with the free Kontakt Player. You can find more information about Kontakt HERE. We have no plans to license our products through Native Access at this point in time.

Didn’t get download key?

If you did not receive an email from Pulse with a download key and instructions within 30 minutes of making a purchase, check your spam box. If nothing shows up, contact us directly at support@audioollie.com and we’ll send you a download code within 24 hours.

Kontakt Libraries Tab

Because our sample libraries are not licensed through Native Access, they will not appear in Kontakt’s Libraries tab. To load our instruments you will either need to drag the patches in manually or use Kontakt’s quick-load feature. Learn more about quick-load HERE.

Missing Samples

If upon loading one of our instruments you’re prompted with a message stating “missing samples” you will need to perform a batch resave. To do so, click on the floppy disk icon and select batch resave. You will need to point Kontakt to the main product folder.

Pulse Downloader

All of our products use the Pulse Downloader app for installation. Following an order you will recieve an email from Pulse with a download key and instructions. You will need to create an account with Pulse and use the latest version of the software. Discover Pulse HERE.

Student Discounts

We offer a 25% student discount for all students and teachers. To receive the discount code, send us an email with proof of enrollment such as a photo of your ID card. Student discounts will not be valid during major promotional offerings or seasonal sales.
